Operating at the Baltic Sea Paratiisin Saalis explores new ways to use bycatch and underutilized fish such as Baltic herring, European smelt and burbot and supplies fresh fish for select restaurants.

Gin bottled by monks at the Valamo Monastery in Carelia, founded together with designer Klaus Haapaniemi. Awarded as The Best Gin of the Nordic Countries in 2020.

A traveling solar cooking restaurant and performance together with designer Martí Guixé. Launched at Milan Design Week the restaurant toured in Finland, Sweden, Japan, Alaska and Israel.
